I’m taking my passion for pet care from local shelves to virtual spaces

Hi, I’m Avril. I’ve been a pet professional since 2017, but my journey didn’t start behind a computer—it started behind the counter of a specialty pet food store. Working in retail management with a focus on pet wellness gave me a front-row seat to what really matters: helping pet parents feel heard, supported, and empowered to care for their animals. Whether it was nutrition advice or just a compassionate ear, I found purpose in being part of that connection.

Now that I’ve moved from Canada to the U.S., I’m continuing that mission—just from a slightly different angle. My goal is to support the folks working in the pet industry by helping them build businesses that feel more organized, more manageable, and more aligned with the love and care they give every day.
